NPTI - National Personal Training Institute will be leading a warm up for all participants. Come join the fun and get expert instruction on getting your muscles ready to run and walk!
Raffles - there are many great raffles; something for everyone! Participants receive one ticket with entry. Tickets available on race day to purchase. You don't need to be present at the Brave Run to purchase tickets or to win. Click on "raffles" on this blog to download order form.

Veggie Grill - this new company will be offering free samples of their 100% plant based menu. A restaurant option that is redefining classic american comfort food. Come and give it a try!
